Charles E. Richardson Electrical Contractor charged my mother nearly $400 dollars for 2 $30 and 1 $50 thermostat. I personally did not like the answer service they use. In short they ask a bunch of questions and know nothing about the business. Mother said the guy who did the work was nice but hard of hearing so she couldn't talk to him about future work and he was done in about 20 minutes. $300 for 20 minutes = $900 an hour. Seems like they took advantage of an old lady.
